Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ApproveMy.Design subscriptions. It is a general summary and does not replace legal advice.

1. Subscription billing

Plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. Charges continue until you change plans or cancel. Prices are shown before applicable taxes.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current paid period remains active until it ends.

3. Refunds

We do not offer prorated or retroactive refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@approvemy.design within 14 days.

4. Downgrades and plan changes

Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Usage limits for the selected plan may apply immediately.

5. Trials and promotions

If a trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before the trial expiration. Promotional pricing may be time-limited and will revert to standard rates after the promotional period.
