Welcome to ApproveMy.Design (“we”, “our”, “the Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and any services provided by ApproveMy.Design. By creating an account or accessing any portion of the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

ApproveMy.Design is a web-based platform that helps businesses collect proof approvals, manage design feedback, and collaborate with clients through secure shareable links, annotations, comments, chat, and approval workflows.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Accounts & Access

Business Accounts (Tenants)

Businesses may invite team members (Admins, Designers, Support). Each user must keep login credentials confidential.

Customer Review Links

Customers access proofs through secure, tokenized links generated by the business. Tokens define permissions (Viewer, Commenter, Approver) and may be password protected. You agree not to share or misuse access links.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass security or access unauthorized data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity when leaving feedback or comments.

5. File Uploads & Content

By uploading content, you confirm you have rights to use and share it; grant us the limited right to store and display it for the purpose of delivering the Service; and retain full ownership of your files. Supported files include images, PDFs, documents, and vector files. We do not claim any rights to your intellectual property.

6. Proof Feedback & Approvals

Approvals performed through the platform, including auto-approvals after deadlines, are logged and stored. ApproveMy.Design is not responsible for the accuracy of feedback, the decisions made based on feedback, or your internal agreements with clients.

7. Notifications

We send email and push notifications for proof events (comments, approvals, reminders). You agree to receive these notifications as part of the Service.

8. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your payment fails, or you engage in harmful or abusive behavior. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind, and may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or bugs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all file types or devices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages; and our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
